We did have a lot of Lao-Lao (1-2 is good, after it's a lot), and like in Russia it was sometimes hard to avoid it... Thankfully, we forged some discreet technics to avoid it. ;-)
Basically, we were spitting it out when the one offering it was not looking anymore, or we were just emptying the glass on the ground.
